Dark Oil Flood

This is another small experiment with fluids and the new geometry nodes system for Blender.

It doesn't look like much but the rendering of that thing took forever, about 50 hours on my brand new i9-10850 / Gforce 3080, so I guess I went a little too far with whitewater effects, foam, subsurface scattering, bubbles, translucency of the fluids seen through a glass material with procedural texture...so yep! Probably with go lighter the next time I play with fluid.

Questions about how the scene was scene and the settings I've used are welcome.
